Jet Hots or QTP?
Jet Hots or QTP? Hey guys! I recieved my Jet Hot LTs and their catted Y pipe about 2 months ago. I'm going to be installing them soon, but I am a little worried about the rust problems Jet Hot has been having. I have a GMMG exhaust which is all stainless steel, so I was thinking about possibly getting QTPs for a little more money now. What do you guys think? Should I just go with the Jet Hots? Or sell them and get a set of the QTPs with catted Y pipe? Any opinions or experiences are welcome! Thanks a lot!

I would just stick with the Jet Hots since you aleady have them. You shouldnt have much problems in St Louis with rusting.... even if it was to rust some, its just surface rust and it would take a really long time for it to cause any real damage. BTW I have GMMG and Jet Hots. You are going to love it! 
I've had QTP's for a while now and they are beginning to rust and peel. Your best bet if your worried that much about peeling and rusting, get the Stainless QTP's and get them coated. but first, you got to rob the bank to get enough money for it! Good luck

QTP's were made from coated mild steel like all the others were (except SLP's worthless grade of stainless). Last spring, QTP switched to stainless steel. Shortly after, Kooks joined in with their stainless version and Stainless Works joined in too. I've got the stainless QTP's and would recommend them.
