Default Which plugs/gap for bolt-on '99 LQ4

Hey guys I know this has had to be covered at least a thousand times on here, but I can't seem to make the search work for me. Anyways I am looking to replace the plugs in my brother's offroad buggy which has a '99 iron headed LQ4 with only modifications of headers, cai, and a tune. What would be a good plug for this setup and what gap? It seems like I was recommended to run NGK TR555 at 0.055" gap on my LS1 motor, but I just figure it will be different on this lower compression 6.0 ltr. Any help will be appreciated.

I'd run a tr6 in an iron headed, iron block engine. The tr55 is a hotter plug than the 6 which can be gotten away with in an all aluminum engine. But all iron, I'd run the colder 6.

I'd shoot for around .045-.050 in a lower compression 6.0. You'll get a quicker more complete burn.

No, aluminum head. I didn't see that you said iron headed in your post until after I posted lol.

Thanks guys, looks like I will go with TR6 plugs at around 0.040" gap.
