Default disadvantages of unequal length headers

are there any disadvantages to having headers of unequal length? Custom non car application, had to make some custom headers but due to space restraints the headers are not of equal length.

Very few headers on the market are really equal length. Don't worry about it.

UEL headers typically make less torque, but more horsepower. At least in subarus they do.

I know of very few headers in the aftermarket for our cars that are equal length.

From reading David Vizard material, the unequal lengths may help with 2-plane cranks having 2 cylinders firing sequentially on each bank.
