Default ARH 1-7/8-2 stepped headers

Hey guys I've got an 02 z28 with full bolt ons m6 and a medium cam. Puts down right around 400 wheel. Anyway my pacesetters on the car are pretty rusty now after a few years, I found a guy locally who's selling a set of ARH 1-7/8 stepped to 2" for 350. I know it's a steal but I also know the headers are big for a stock size ls1. 1-7/8 I know are fine for stock cubes but would I lose anything by going to this size and also does anyone know if they will fit with the stock k member? Thanks!

Nick from ARH emailed back and confirmed they will fit the stock k member but he said I would lose power by going to that size. I'm not doubting him seeing as he works for ARH but does anyone see these headers losing power over 1-3/4 bbks that I have now with true duals?

not sure compaired to bbks, I know they dont have a nice merge collector like all ARH. But nick really knows his headers, every time Ive heard he said anything like that for his stuff, its done what he said on the dyno at newera.
Dose the arh set have a 3.0 or somthing bigger, I think some of the big tube sizes like that have bigger outlet collotors? Just sonthing else to check.

Not to make money off your friend, I dont know what the deal is. but you know you can sell them for more, unless there bottemed out bad or somthing, but there so good nothing really happends to them used. Or trade stairt up for 1 7/8th or 1 3/4 and get what would be best.
