Default Can TCS be added to a car?

Im not sure if this is the right place for this, but here goes. I bought a 2002 camaro, that doesnt have TCS. Is it possible to buy a unit and wire it in, and have it work normally?

Short answer, yes. But it is very expensive, and a major pain in the butt. If your really
dead set on it, i would say you would be better off to sell the car and buy one that
already has tcs on it.

I would have to agree with the right foot. It's not gonna make you go any safer in the rain. Just feather your pedal if you're worried.

While TCS sounds like a great idea in theory, the system that was used on the F-bodies left a lot to be desired. The pedal thumping back against your foot was probably the worst, and it seemed to be overly intrusive (once it kicked in, it really, really sapped the power). That was one option I never did care for on my old Camaro.

I got a 2002 silver camaro 35th anniversary with every factory option except TCS, and by the way you guys make it seem that is how it should be.

Tcs is no good at anytime at least for me. If your tires spin in the rain, it completely takes all power away from the pedal for a second or 2. The couple of times at a red/green light it happened to me, I almost got rear-ended as it made my car "stop working" in mid-roll as a car was right behind me. Just feather pedal from a stop if your worried. I disabled mine.
