Van MAF Plug to a Truck MAF Plug

Van MAF Plug to a Truck MAF Plug
Ok, I need some help.
The motor is out of a 04 Chevy 2500 Express Van and I am finding out that the MAF sensor and plug is different from the truck LQ4. I want to run a truck MAF and need to know if I can just change the plug without having to reprogram the PCM.
The motor is in a rock buggy and I am currently running the Van MAF but I need to redo my air intake would like to make all 4" and run the truck MAF.
Thanks and I have searched this topic.

That's kooky. I've had 85mm MAFs from a bunch of sources
and never seen one different. I've also looked at many 85mm
MAF tables and seen only trivial looking (1-2%) differences,
which are there even on vehicles using the same P/N so must
be about plumbing more than the piece itself.
So I'd say just use what fits together.
What year is the truck LQ4?

I also need this info. 04 express van harness, and running a 03 truck maf. As stated, the van plug looks very similar to the truck plug but is smaller. I need to rewire my van harness to the truck pig tail i got at the junk yard today.
