when im accelerating up to the redline in 2-3 gear sometimes others, it makes a clanking noise when it gets about 1500 rpm away from the redline. it sounds like i could be the heat shields for something in the undercarriage rattling? anyone else have this problem?? thanks in advance!

 

Hard to tell from the desription. Could be a number of things.

 

ya true, sorry, it seems to have stopped after a night of good hard running when me and my 2 buddies 1, 2002 GT and, 2000 ws6, we got a bunch of crazy stuff on camera. oh well. =P

 

Its probably your fuel lines (on the drivers side) one or two may not be snapped into the fuel line holder (black plastic piece with slots)..
Mine used to rattle until snapped it back into place and no more rattling
