WEIRD idle issue after FAST 92 install

Default WEIRD idle issue after FAST 92 install

OK here is my problem. I swapped my LS6 for a new ported FAST 92 swapped everything over and put it on and turned the car on and it idles at 800 and doesnt flucuate at all it just sits there. took it out for a test drive and it seems its more RPM speed than MPH speed. like its all sound and no go. I used everything that came with the fast. Button head bolts and their bolts to install the intake. everything is hooked up right and i checked for leaks by spraying carb cleaner around the intake and nothing no change. im STUMPED on what it could be. its not like its a high idle where you can tell theres a vacuume leak its just an anooying wtf is wrong with my car problem now Help a fellow TECH out guys.

So the tps reset and stock bellow swap didn't help?
Make sure the throttle cable length adjuster is adjusted only to the point where there's no slack in the cable. I'd also make sure the set screw on the TB is only adjusted enough to to keep the throttle blade from sticking at 0% throttle position.

How do I adjust the cable? N I'll probably take it so a shop to get tuned and see what they think.

First, ensure the TB cable's nipple so to speak is in the lowest hole of the TB (true for NW TB's anyways)

The throttle cable adjustment is right in the middle of the hard plastic line that the TB cable runs in. It looks like 2 sections of the plastic sleeve joined together. You really cant miss it. It's hard to explain here, but easy to adjust. You either push the 2 halves together, or hold a small detent and pull them farther apart.

Remove the bellow and watch the TB blade. Have someone get in the car and go WOT with the gas pedal. I'm willing to bet your TB blade isn't opening 100%.

When i push the pedal it's kinda hard but it's still not really moving out. It's all rpm n not much speed

Ya that adjustment is pretty weird lmao hard to describe but easy to do. It still needs to be tuned the shifts are off n I'm pretty sure the shop will fix anything wrong

Yeah just take it to a near by quality shop to fix the issue, will save you the frustrations lol

Ya nearest Tuner/shop is about 20 miles I'll give em a call n have em figure out what's wrong n tune that bitch.

FYI,
I just double checked mine to make sure but mine is in the first slot/hole in the TB cam, on my 99 with cruise an tcs, it wont work in the lower position.

Mines always been in the bottom one. It has cruise n everything. When I hit cruise it locks the pedal in place.
