WEIRD idle issue after FAST 92 install
Help a fellow TECH out guys. Make sure the throttle cable length adjuster is adjusted only to the point where there's no slack in the cable. I'd also make sure the set screw on the TB is only adjusted enough to to keep the throttle blade from sticking at 0% throttle position.

The throttle cable adjustment is right in the middle of the hard plastic line that the TB cable runs in. It looks like 2 sections of the plastic sleeve joined together. You really cant miss it. It's hard to explain here, but easy to adjust. You either push the 2 halves together, or hold a small detent and pull them farther apart.
Remove the bellow and watch the TB blade. Have someone get in the car and go WOT with the gas pedal. I'm willing to bet your TB blade isn't opening 100%.

I just double checked mine to make sure but mine is in the first slot/hole in the TB cam, on my 99 with cruise an tcs, it wont work in the lower position.
