Default Ball & Socket or slip joint for Header collectors

slip fit collector flange I have never used anything but 3 bolt that leak.
What would you guys recommend?
These slips fit flanges or should I weld on some of the new ball and socket type?

You'll probably lose a little ground clearance only where the ball/socket join, but you'll gain some adjustability and possibly ground clearance with the Y-pipe and I-pipe.

yup yup, those ball and socket connections are like $50 a piece and you have to get them welded on unless you know how to do it, with the slip fit you just have to expand your pipes and get 2 band clamps from napa for like $10 a piece

Slip fit will rattle when cold & leak after time. my car maybe different to you guys but it's just cost me $630 to rectify slip joint leaks. Still slip jointed but held with bolts & nuts welded on pipes to hold together.
