LS2 intake on 799 heads?

Default LS2 intake on 799 heads?
I can get my hands on a free ls2 intake with rails and injectors, will this work with my ls1 with 799 heads? Im putting an ls1 engine in my 69 camaro and dont mind the wiring aspect of it. Will it be compared to an LS6 intake performance wise? I have no problem getting my free intake ported if needed

it would work just fine but the ls2 intake is just as bad as the ls1. even ported it would barely compare to an ls6. your best bet is too just buy an ls6 one and be done with it

So it would be worthless to get it ported by a professional?

Send it to Cory at LS2 portworks and it it will be a fine .

get a bbk intake ,see them used for $300 on this forum.
