Bottom line if you have the cash go arh or kooks. my arh's arent even close to the steering shaft, which I cant say about other 1-7/8 header brands

They are also cheaper because they are made over seas. Now that may not matter to some people and thats fine. But a quality AMERICAN MADE product is hard to come by these days as things get shipped over seas. I'll gladly give that extra money up everytime for a quilty piece that keeps industry jobs here. I find it funny that most people who complain about jobs being shipped over seas are supporting it by buying the stuff made there....

well said. ARH will be my next LT purchase.

As I said before, I only like doing things just 1 time so it was only going to be stainless and I planned on keeping the hawk forever. So I saved for over 1 year and after searching and searching 3 stainless ones, I finally went with ARH. Everything about them I have loved. The other 2 were as good, but searching at the time drove me to ARH, theit catted Y and their high flow cats. I read alot about the cheapier stainless ones in some cases going right on without any problems, and it would of saved me alot of money. But I knew my luck wouldn't let me get off so easy.Mine were done by me and my 2 sons in snow under a damn carport when it was like 30 degrees. So I can only say nice things about ARH
