I run Bosch white injectors from the supercharged 3800 cars. You can get sets of 8 cheap on ebay (less than half price of the ones you mentioned).
They flow 41.5# @ 58 psi and 42# @60psi. They are often listed as 36# injectors because I believe that is what they flow with the rail pressure of the cars they come in.
FIC can also resize your injectors for ~$200ish

The used ones will be discolored to a cream color on the ends. You can get them through vendors who have them cleaned and checked. Still a gamble but in my case I got them for around $60 if I remember correctly.
I definitely see why some people would choose not to take the risk.
