What year are the manifolds from? Sometimes ppl use them for swapping lsx motors into various types of cars.

Ypipe you can get money for the cats from scrap yards.

Price on both depends on location and if you can find someone who needs the manifolds for a swap, or if someone wants to go back to stock.
