This is driving me nuts.........All I have is the crank, water pump and tensioner on the belt. Has a new clean belt, good alignment and until it gets warm under the hood it squeaks like a ****. Tried talcum powder, silicone spray, every kind of soap...hard and soft, and still does it. Suggestions...Thanks

 

Check the tensioner pulley, my car used to do the same thing before I replaced the tensioner pulley. I later learned you can remove the pulley for the tensioner assembly and repack the bearings. I have never done this but have heard that it works.
