Default NEED HELP ASAP!!! - Best way to remove harness with motor still in car

I sold the harness and ECU out of my 2001 Trans Am and now I need to remove it. The intake is already removed, as is the radiator and condenser. I pretty much have all the top plugs disconnected, as well as the ECU, and the harness pulled out from inside the firewall.

My buddy got under the car, on the pass side, after following some wires to the oil filter, but he said there were more that ran to the driver side and something about the plug for the alternator be hard to get to and that we would need to remove the power steering pump.

Since we are parting out the car, I just told him to cut the rad support for better access. We will be pulling the motor out, but not now and I need the harness out to ship ASAP.

Is there any easy way to do this? What do i need to look out for? Is there anything on the back side of the motor that we will need some magical incantation, to get to it?

Thanks guys!

There are a few connectors and clips that hold the harness and some grounds on the back of the heads. Other than that there isn't much more to take off.

Thanks for the info Bro!

Let me ask... what about under the motor? My buddy got under there after chasing a wire to the oil sending unit. He said that there was a cluster of wires that run to the driver side. Also something about getting to the wire for the alt. Will we need to drop the alt?

Thanks again man!
