Default LS6 Valley/PCV/Intake switch from all LS1 stuff

Ok I need a comprehansive list of everything needed. I have all LS1 stuff and just bought H/C and also a LS6 intake and I want to do it all at once. Where can I get the valley cover kit, and the coolant tube/plugs? Ive looked at SDPC but they say the coolant tube is discontinued plus Im not sure which version of the valley cover they have. I obviosuly want the 04+ that you can do away with an external pcv.. Any help where to find this stuff? thanks

Ebay has the ls6 tubes. Not sure about the valley cover. Just FYI most won't like to do it but you CAN run ls1 tubes with ls6 intake/valley cover. You just need to do some grinding on the valley cover and massaging of tubes. I know because that's what I currently run on my car without issue. I also ground off all the ribbing on bottom of ls6 intake.

I did the same thing. Lol didn't know about tubes, so I improvised and it works with no leaks.

New Valley cover for $80. I've seen the coolant tubes on Ebay too.

You need an 04 ls6 valley, the ls6 tubes and block offs, a plug for the driver side valve cover, and a catch can if you want to keep the remaining oil out of your intake. Once you get it all set up it will look a lot cleaner than having the ls1 lines climbing everywhere, even with covers lol.

Check out my build thread as I have a comprehensive post about when I did the PCV conversion.

'04 Valley Cover
Valve Cover Plug
Valley-to-Intake Tube
Coolant Plugs
Coolant Tubes
LS6 Intake

I bought my stuff from GMpartsdirect for less than $100 shipped.

You'll also need to cut that piece out of the block under the valley cover.
