Add cats to ORY?
Add cats to ORY? Hey guys.
Currently have the TSP 1 7/8" stainless headers and TSP stainless ORY. I'm looking to add a pair of the "Frozen Boost" cats (or non-cats to be more specific) to help resolve the visual inspection issues.
Anyone ever attempted to add cats to this ORY? I'm not sure if the cats will even fit. The Frozen Boost cats are 3" diameter and are 13" long. Curious if I could cut out space on each side of the ORY, insert the cats, attach with band clamps and drive on or if the install would be more involved (welding, etc.). Would the band clamps hold without leaking?
Would consider doing a custom 3-bolt flange setup to make them easily removeable, however my concern is the the flanges will end up being a new lowest point on an ORY that already hangs a bit low.
