What plug did you remove, BR7EF? How many miles? Porcelain has a good bit of build up indicating they are getting too much fuel and/or not getting hot enough to clean off. This can promote misfire (spark down the side of porcelain). Do all plugs look the same? What do you see different (in data log, vacuum, etc.) since plug change? What is the IAC count? Is IAC count stable? Any concern the intake has leak under vacuum?
