Definitely get a FAST intake. I did mine nearly 6 years ago now and hit the #s in my sig. I felt like the tune was pretty spot on and have had no issues with it in 6 years. Did 3 pulls and that was it. The FAST, as stated, is good for ~20 RWHP on a good H/C setup.

PRC 5.3L Heads Stage 2.5
Torquer V3
Ported FAST 90
Kooks 1 3/4" LTs with Kooks Catted Y at the time and GMMG Catback. (Now duals dumped.)

I believe with the true duals dumped or cutouts on my old exhaust setup I would have hit 450 RWHP through the stock 3.42 geared 10 bolt.

Its funny you say that because yesterday I had a buddy tell me I should go with a set of 241s qnd have em worked. I haven't really looked into it but he said with that the cam I've got and a fast I should be able to make 420ish. And depending on the dyno that could even be 440 or so on a good day
