Can you just cut the notch in the k member without pulling the header/true duals?

I am thinking take the motor mounts loose and jack the motor up and over to make room to grind on the frame. Has got to be easier than taking the exhaust out.

Whenever my header was up against my k-member I got a pry bar and lightly pry'ed the header away from the k-member while a buddy got his cutting torch and cut the k-member, no disassembling anything. Might give that a go first before doing the extra work

A cutting torch is a wonderful thing. Saves so much work. Where are you located? Maybe a member could help you out.
