Default LS1 DBC Computer question.

I'm putting an LS1 from a 99 vette in my new race buggy that is currently being built. The motor I purchased is currently the DBW setup. I bought a DBC throttle body a month or so ago to convert it over. My question is can I use the computer that is for the DBW for the DBC, or do I have to find a DBC computer to flash for use in my buggy. Thanks in advance.

What you need is the IAC driver circuitry, which is
present in some PCMs and absent in others that had
applications in DBW vehicles. But which models, I can't
remember - only that there has been some discussion
way back.

Pretty good chance the 99 vette will have the 411 ecu. It's capable of running the cable TB if programmed correctly.
