catted Y and performance with corsa got hooker LT's with their ORP and corsa.the car is way to noisy.do free flowing cats mellow the sound. [carsound cats the ones to get???]any great performance loss doing so???? any help thks. much 
My LTs ORY @ Corsa was too pretty loud which I liked, but it was a raspy SOB from 2400-3000 rpms. I added a 18" Dynomax Bullit to the I pipe and while it did cut down on the rasp at tad it was still not enough. I then went to QTPs Carsound Catted Y pipe and it was well worth it. HF Cats and Corsa is a sweet sound! No rasp at all just the deep Corsa sound. Adding the cats got rid of the raw idle and replaced it with a deep burble which sounds very good with a 112LSA cam behind it. I could not tell a SOTP loss of power after adding the cats but they usually claim 4-10 rwhp loss. I'm adding ST II heads now so we'll find out how much they restrict a TR224 HC combo over and open cutout.
