P0113 IAT code

P0113 IAT code 02 Camaro with a H/C LS2 in it. I run 1st and 2nd gear both up to about 5,000 rpm's and it's fine but as soon as I switch to 3rd and climb to about 3500 it bogs down and stalls out. Then it gives me a couple small backfires. Starts back up fine and idles normal, i can drive it fine through the gears as long as I don't mash it too hard. Sometimes if i don't dig into it too much at 3rd gear I can keep it from dying but as soon as i slow down to 2nd I'll push the gas and outta nowhere it jumps hella hard like a shot of Nitrous...
I plugged in a code reader after my SES lights came on and it came up w/ P0113(IAT Sensor) and P0327 (Knock Sensor). I unplugged the IAT sensor and replaced it w/ a new one and the car ran fine for a day but started acting up again the next day. I put in a new one again and that didn't do ****. Does it sound like an electrical issue in the IAT sensor wiring?
