Default Holley Hi-Ram

Any Thoughts on the Holley Hi-ram manifolds, was thinking going this direction for street rod motor, N/A motor now turbos in future. Thoughts???

It doesn't fit under the stock hood, so not many people run it. Pretty popular intake for the FI guys though.

It would be excellent for FI.

The Edelbrock ProFlo XT is another option as well.

Are you 100% sure you'll be going FI? Are you going to have the cam spec'd for FI, even though you'll be staying NA for a while? If so, I'd go the Holley High Ram route.

They are a pretty nice intake. We just did a build recently for SEMA using the dual throttle body intake and made the system work with a custom throttle linkage and wire work. We were in a big rush so we didnt get to tune on her much, but we were pretty impressed with it. Looks wise...it looks mean and got alot of attention.

This system picked up about 30HP+/20+TQ over a Quick Fuel 850CFM carb on a Victor intake. Of course some of that was the EFI as well, but it definatley had more in her.

Ok, Lets go FI route now 90mm or 102mm. I Also like the Hi-Ram for running the wiring,

I Know it's an old thread. But I am thinking of using the Holley hi ram dual 4150 LS intake with the new dual terminator x "carb" style efi with a single s480. Will be going in my 66 Chevelle. Glad is found this picture in a Google search. I was wondering how high the hi ram tunnel ram dual carb intake would sit in a Chevelle.
