Default Motor mounts problem?

so started my header and exhaust and motor/tranny mount install today...all went smooth except for one bolt on the mount to block, it seems to only go half way in now. everything else went in smooth except for that one freaking bolt. yes it now looks kinda f'd up. yet it kinda looks like a helicoil in there but not sure. would it be ok if i just cut the bolt, put some medium locktite on it and call it good????

I would pull it out. Sounds like you might have crossed threaded the bolt, which is very easy to do in aluminum. I'd back it out and actually loosen the others. See if you can thread it in cleanly without any bind from the other bolts being bolted tight. You can actually recut the threads with the bolt since the bolt is harder than the aluminum. I had to do that with my header bolts.
