Everything I used to build this to also flow through the magnaflow catback when I needed it to be quieter. I don't have all the part numbers, but you get the idea.
I purchased a generic Summit u-bend and used that to cut exact angles to turn from the y pipe to the flowmaster merge: sum-622004
sum-g2990 (o2 bung)
flo-y300400 (merge)
wlk-41989 (reducer into catback)
wlk-33274 (stainless slip fit clamps)
wlk-24217 (4" bullet)
wlk-41367 (turndown)
sum-622004 (pipe to custom cut to tie into merge)
qtp 4" stainless cutout pipe
qtp 4" electric cutout

Very useful contribution! You just everyone a bunch of time and frustration.

no problem. I may have more pics somewhere, but no sound clips. I did run it with and without the 4" muffler, and is definitely worth adding that muffler to clear up the rasp. Even though you can stick your arm through it, it works.
The sound is extremely deep and absolutely wicked. This is my final exhaust, but one day may make it entirely out of stainless. Only clip I have is the cutout closed through the Magnaflow exhaust on the dyno

here is a sound clip of my old Camaro with the ls swap and a 3'' Y to 4'' Flowmaster merge and a dynomax bullet race muffler. 12'' case w/ a turndown. Loud as hell but sounded good.

Here are two pictures of what I'm working on. I am using the Flowhamster 3" dual to 4" outlet merge with pipe from Columbia River Mandrel bends. It's not dumped. I used a 4" to 3.5" Transition to make it mate up to my modded OBX SS cat-back.
Maybe this is not a good contribution to the thread because the car is not a F-Body but I hope my results come close to what others in this thread got. I'm looking for someone in my town to weld my 10 seams and then I plan to paint. I'm not sure what paint I will use; the local Advance store has VHT flameproof or I might cheap out and get BBQ black. Cost is always a problem for me.

I'm running the 3" into 4" Flowmaster merge and 4" QTP Cutout.
I previously had the same combo with a 3" cutout, which I thought sounded better. The 4" is noticeably more "bass" in tone.

Digging up an old thread,...could any of you guys re-post some of the pictures that are missing? I'm doing a LS conversion in an LT Camaro and have to modify my crossmember for the trans mount and would like to see the routing on some of these merges being used. I have the short tunnel mounted torque arm.
Thanks
