I tried uploading from ohotobucket to my iPad and then posting them but my iPad won't copy them. Try this link and click forward on it and see if the pics work for you:

Thanks for that. This is the only one I saw. Do you have any on the car looking up?
I'm trying to see how everybody routes the pipes from the headers around the trans, etc...

I will throw the links up tonight after work.

I started off with a Hooker y pipe that I mounted off the headers so that the pipes were in the correct place and then marked where it needed cut and then held the new merge where it needed to have good clearance and then made a paper pattern to figure out pipe angles

Gotcha. That's a good idea. I don't have a y-pipe and was looking to make my own in to the merge. But may be cheaper if I can find a used 3" Y, not sure.

I have seen a few pop up in the for sale section. Remember, they have I think 3 criticle indentations to clear the factory cross braces. If you are not lowered, you are fine, but if you are lowered, it needs to tuck. You can do this in a garage but to save time I would purchase a used pipe and modify it since it has most of you bends already done.

Blackduk, do you remember what dia and length your muffler was?

Has anyone tried to jam one of these up in there?
4" in/out, 6" dia case, 14" long

Did the same. Mufflex to 4" then fabd a 3" cutout on passenger side and 3" back to flow master cat back.
sounds awesome closed and open dump made 5 MPH in the 1/8. 92.5 to 97.3 . Same day and next run.

Check out page 2 of this post and I posted up the part number of the muller that I used which you can cross reference on summit. The pic that you posted of mine shows how much metal work needed to be done for that specific muffler, the entire length of the floor requires the same to be able to have clearance. There is a lot of hammering and chopping and welding to fit what I did into that place.

Anyone do this ? If so can you post pics and sound clips if you have any also pros/cons and opinions of this setup. Will be going on a h/c/I nitrous street car that's lowered
How would the mufflex Y pipe and Flowmaster merge compared to the new tsp catted y-pipe? Both would have the Magnaflow 14419 and a turn down.

I have SE longtubes, Strano and Koni setup. I can't decide between the mufflex y-pipe or the new tsp catted y-pipe. The car is a secondary and only driven once in a while to work which is only a ten-minute drive. I can handle loud and obnoxious.

Current setup is SE headers, SE y pipe with the slip fit ends cut off to a Magnaflow 14419, 3 inch over the axle and turn down. I got a little too much on the slip fit ends and now the ends are slipping out of the band clamps. I would rather just to start over but keep the Magnaflow for the new setup
