Default LT headers, Speed Engineering or TSP?

Hey guys, looking for some opinions on these two header brands. I'm having a hard time deciding which one I should get, either the 1 3/4" Speed Engineering or TSP's. The TSP's cost more but they are both stainless steel and I've heard nothing but good about both, are they worth the extra money or would I likely be just as well off with the Speed Engineering?

I'm on a budget so I'm just trying to see which one would be better for the money.

Thanks for any help.

I would like these, but they cost a little more than what I'm willing to spend at the moment

I see everyone is talking about 1 7/8" LT's and I'm not against them especially if the Speed Engineering's aren't too expensive. I understand that they have been proven to make gains over the 1 3/4" even on stock cars like mines.

But for my application I'm thinking the 1 3/4" would be fine, this car is really a cruiser for me, I'm sure that little extra power I will get from the 1 7/8" wouldn't matter too much in hindsight.

Then the choice is yours and yours alone. What are you asking then? Just pick one. Everyone has their preferences.

Well I was originally asking for some opinions on the Texas Speed and Speed Engineering 1 3/4" LT's, looking for people who have opinions on the quality of the headers, install etc., etc. Didn't really mean to turn it into a 1 3/4" vs 1 7/8" thread

I would go with speed engineering over the tsp. More bad reviews about the tsp, cheaper, and they are both made in china so no better reason to get the tsp.

As this is between two different sponsors, I won't get too much into it but I CAN say I've dealt with Aaron over at TSP for years, and the service after the sale was nothing short of excellent.

And I'd love to see any bad reviews about TSP headers. I'll wait...

I think Cstone812 might be right, both made in China & prolly made in the same plant. I've seen pics of the speed engineering headers, don't LOOK any different than TSPs stuff. I am very happy with the TSPs I just bought, very nice!

I haven't heard anything really bad about tsp 1 7/8ths. I have heard some bad things about fitment on their 1 3/4 though but it may have just been a bad batch. I would just get speed engineering why pay more for headers that are made overseas by probably the same place?
