Default LS1 C100, C101, C105. Soldering them?

Early in my ls swap, I found out my engine harness connectors, C100,C101,C105 were bad. It would randomly cut spark to one bank of the motor, along with tons of other spark and fuel problems. So I had go and cut many of the pink wires and use a butt connector in order to bypass the engine harness connector.

I feel like my coils and injectors still aren't getting all the power they need, causing an erratic idle and a random small power loss. So are all the pink wires that go through the connectors wired to ignition? If so I can wire them directly to the ignition in order to get a stronger connection, right?
