I just put new ones on my ws6 and it only had 30k miles. These cars are 12+ years old. If you have the patience and time I say do it. They can be a bitch though just FYI

I did polys on mine last month. It has 19k miles. Like others have said, mileage is less of a concern. It's still over a decade old plus motor mounts will keep your headers from moving around as much.

If you plan on making some decent power it definitely wouldn't be a bad idea to do polyurethane motor mount. There isn't any better time then when you are installing headers to do the motor mounts so now would be the time to do it.

I installed my new ARH's last month. My oem mounts had about 7,000 miles and 6 years on them at the time. I decided to roll with the oem's that are on the car.
On a side note, you will not have to remove anything imstalling your arh's. I chose to wrap mine in an old garage t-shirt to help eliminate scratches prior to pushing them into place. I paid so much $$$ for the things, I was not about to beat them up during the installation.

If you're going through the trouble of doing headers and don't do poly mounts you'll be kicking yourself in the *****. Poly motor and trans mounts ftw.
