Put one behind the 4.3l on my wheeling rig about 5 years ago and its held up great, put one on the wifes o7 burban we bought a few months ago, and will be putting 2 on my nova with the cammed lq4 when its back together.
Great flowing muffler that sounds awesome when you step into it, no drone at crusing speeds, no rasp, and no cackling even behind my 4.3l. Just loud enough to give a nice rumble at idle that tells you it aint stock. Cant wait to hear them on my lq4 with the aftermarket cam.

I know plenty of people love the sound of the sweet thunders, but any muffler like them that have a louvered core that the louvers stick down directly into the exhaust flow path will cause turbulence slowing in the flow of exhaust gas. Furthermore if the opening of the louvers is facing the exhaust flow the restriction is even greater, and any packing in it will burnout a lot quicker. Just something to keep in mind if you want to keep any flow restrictions in your exhaust to a minimum.
