Default Best Ram Air for lowered Camaro

Did some searching on here but still can't find a good answer for which ram air to go with on my lowered Camaro (APX. 1.5"). CHRS 1313, FTRA, SSRA ect.??

Right now I'm leaning towards this one. http://www.ws6project.com/user_stor/...oducts_id=4700

Looking for all the feedback I can get!

I was personally going to go with the SSRA before I sold my Camaro. I like that it's nicely molded plastic -- and available from WS6store.

I thought about the JAWS one, but was worried how low it would be on a lowered car, once fully opened. If it was a track only car I'd do it

So I think I found my answer in this post lol. Looks like I'll stick with the regular SSRA

First, the Jaws does work for A/C vehicles.

Coming from just having the FRA mod, it was a good improvement.

The lower JAWS scoop made it about 500 miles before I was driving and there was a large fresh roadkill in the middle of my single lane... Yup that took the lower "JAW" scoop right off.

Right now I still have the system installed, -the lower jaw.

I wish I could have track tested the unit, but again unfortunately the lower "jaw" did not make it.

I have an SSRA and it was a significant improvement when I put it on my mostly stock car. Do the FRA mod and seal off the area under the lid. If you don't have a/c then I'd consider the Chris1313. I've had my SSRA on for 10k miles with no issues.

I wish someone would make a nice, clean kit that would allow one to use the factory grill openings -- even though it would involve modifying the foam support. Something that was essentially like the third gens had. I know people have made their own kits, but with the engineering wit available, I'm sure a company could put something nice together. But I digress...

I don't see many people using the SLP one. Just the SLP Lid.

Fast Toys makes a kit to make the SLP version actually useful:

The SSRA is wider/bigger as is the 1313. Even the AC versions are bigger than SLPs version.

I had a SLP before and it would easily fit inside my non AC 1313

Found the studderin version of the sux2bu raim air. I'd really like to go that route seeing it's only 40$ in parts and I won't lose any ground clearance. I can cut all the parts at work on the laser excluding the dryer vents. If it doesn't turn out good I can always buy the CHRS 1313

This is the kit that I've used for...9 years? It works great, has zero clearance issues and is easy to install. I would definitely recommend it!
