Most of our special use tools are Matco or Snap on...which always come with grade 8 bolts

the tools from autozone/oreilly's/advanced.....all come with crap bolts...
figure out the threads your pulley needs, and go buy some grade 8 bolts for the future
then you can do the free tool rental, but have the good bolts to use..

Good idea. Plus there is always someone that cross threads the bolts for the next guy that rents the tool.

I love renting those, seems like all I can find at our local store.
