The only issue is ground clearance. I am lowered, and had to actually put spacers in the front coils to raise it up a bit because I was scraping badly on a monster speed bump in my apt complex. Now I rarely scrape.
In my experience, GMMG sounds awesome with stock manifolds and cats. Raspy and whatnot with longtubes and no cats.
I have true duals with cats. Setup is:
1 3/4 longtubes, 3'' xpipe, 3" cats, 3'' piping, 3'' moroso spiral flows, run out of tailpipes, under axle. Tone is awesome, volume is moderate, zero drone/rasp. Can have a conversation in the car just fine, just need to talk a little louder.

The video quality is poor, but the audio is decent. Dont mind the horrendous bog 
Kooks 1 7/8" x 3" collector, to a custom 3" x-pipe to round Borla XR1s dumped. I can't picture changing the exhaust for anything else.

I had GMMG for a few years with stock manifolds and y pipe, it sounded ok, but it sounded like crap when I switched to LTs with an ory. I ran a dumped borla xr1 off the y pipe and it sounded much better than the GMMG but it was insanely loud inside. My cars current exhaust is by far my favorite I've had LTs ory and slp dual/dual.

Verdad Gallardo I've always loved the sound of the Borla XR1's, but damn they are pricey bullets. Those on a true dual setup sound great. I've thought about doing it myself, but can't justify the cost.
I've had both, do it right the first time and get the Kooks TD's. Don't waste time with 1 3/4" headers either, go 1 7/8" when you decide to buy. The Kooks system only weighs 3-5 lbs more then the GMMG does. I'm also lowered 1.25" with no issues, fits with my 9" as well.
Thanks guys I'm starting to lean towards Texas Speed true dual.. Now I need to find the right muffler to complement the finish the system... Bullets got to go!!! Not a fan of the nasty rasp or shitty rattle sound..
What could I get for the bullets $$$$$?

It was from them. The best way to get this price is call them the day they post here on ls1tech...... it'll randomly pop up. They will make a post saying today is a great day to buy an exhaust system for your f-body blah blah blah blah!! That's when you my friend call them LOL. Also mine is catless.

Speed Engineering True Duals That's funny, I just asked Speed Engineering when they were going release their true duals.. There response was another year.. Moving on too, although I will going with their headers....

id recommend adding cats. I have TSP duals and the fumes and drone is to much for me. It was nice for about a yr or I guess I didn't care much. Now I have to drive the car everyday cause the wife's car is broke and dear god do I dislike my duals.
