Bump stop mod to 90mm TB
I have a older Nick Williams style 90mm TB, and I noticed the TB blade does not open to a complete 90 degree angle. I've seen many people do the bump stop mod to stock LS1 and LS2 TB's but never hear much about it for aftermarket ones. Is it okay to do this mod on my NW unit? Better yet...is it a preferred or good idea? Thanks

Not much. The bade opens to maybe 80% of full capacity. I can't see why it would hurt, but I never see it done to these aftermarket style throttle bodies, so it makes me a bit leary

Bump stop mod please help
Hello guys, I'm new to the Ls world and new to this site but anyways I just got a 01 Z28, mod list.. SLP lid,k&n filter,SLP Lt headers,ORY, no cats, and a Lm1, and some free mods, today I decided to do the bump stop mod and I got to 4.69v hitting the throttle by hand but with my foot on the pedal it only goes to 4.42v, I was reading to take the slack on the cable by putting zip ties which I did but still at 4.42v any advice will be very appreciated... Thanks guys
