$1000 budget for mods

So far I have lts, ory, 3" cutout, intake, tb/pp, free mods, trans cooler, and dyno tune. What should I do that is most bang for buck?

Depends on what your plan is in the end but you've got basically all the bolt ons covered. I'd do a torque converter next unless your transmission has alot of miles.

I have about 125k on the tranny. It seems to be healthy up tho this point. I've had the trans cooler since 75k on the clock.

Have the tranny flushed and put a converter in or save a bit more and get a rebuild and put a converter in.

i agree,a torque converter would sure wake it up. but for very little more $ if you are mechanically inclined you could get a cam/springs/pushrods and a mail order tune. then save up for a good stall and it would be a beast. if not scared of buying a used stall and finding a used cam it would prolly be around 12-1500 bucks total.
used cam = 250-300
used stall = 400-500
springs = 300
p-rods = 100
mail tune = 200

all prices just a close guestimate.
