I resized your pic since it was way too big to see. Is it that the bolt holes are drilled in the wrong place? If so, Hooker will replace those since it is their fault. I am not sure what to see.

I had 1 3/4 coated Hooker Super Comps, and now Stainless 1 7/8 Hooker Super Comps and they have always been perfect fit compared to some brands. If you need pics let me know.

They should be milled flat. The fact that they are slightly wavy looking doesn't effect anything.

I see what you are saying now. When I first looked at the pic I saw nothing wrong and was wondering if you were talking about the bolt holes or something. Those look great to me. They put the primaries through the flange and weld it up and then mill the welds so they are a uniform height / flatness so they will seal. You have more of a sealing point than my stainless ones. You are good to go.

One thing I will advise you on is to take a file like I have pictured across the top of those welds perfectly flat, there will always be something that is higher than others and need to be smoothed out to guarantee a nice seal.

You want to see ugly *** welds, look at your emission hookups at the primaries. Mine were terrible so I chopped them all off and filled the holes in.

no prob. Fitment is great, they tuck up under the car nicely. I had to dent a primary a bit on the passenger side due to the heater box, and notch one spot on my block, all the common stuff when installing headers.

I would have never purchased coated headers unless my car sat in a garage all the time. Mine is stored for 7 months, but sits outside during the remaining nice months, never driven in the rain, but outside in it. Coating turned to crap very quickly. So when I started my new 408 build, I decided to go stainless and get the next larger size.

I learned my lesson, I will always purchase stainless. The ones pictured are now 1 7/8

But they are still great headers, I will continue to purchase Hookers. You will enjoy them

Verify that the welds at the collector ends are properly done.
Look in to the rear of the collector with a flashlight.
I found a couple of holes at welded areas, in mine.
