Default New Headers!!

I have some mid-length headers on my car right now and want to get some LT's. There are so many brands offering what sounds like the same thing. I was wondering if anyone knows which brand performs and lasts longer/better than the rest?? Post back please!

i just bought a set of kooks headers, i've done alot of research and from the looks of it, kooks and qtp seem to be the "best" as far as fit and quality. There are cheaper brands that do their job, but i prefered to buy something of good quality from what my research turned up. Also, i chose between these two companies because i wanted something that is stainless steel, there are many good brands for alot less that are not stainless steel.

I went with the Kooks. You don't want to do it twice, get the best first.

I went with Kooks LT's and their catted Y pipe. QTP makes a nice header too.

You forgot Stainless Works. Very affordable high quality stainless headers.
QTP with HV collector is one of the best in my little book.

i don't get why the no one likes the slp's. the only thing i've heard is that they scrape, but i don't hear about them rusting or leaking or **** like that. So is that the only reason people don't like them?

Perhaps it's the fact that in some cases they've actually made less power (over stock) than even a shorty header?
