Default OPSU leak?

For the past year, I've been noticing an oil leak behind the block. I figured it was my stock PCV setup since the PCV would pop out while under boost. Well I don't drive the car much and I finally got around to adding an catch can with lines and eliminating the PCV altogether. However, I'm still seeing oil and its running down the driver side to the trans and along the underneath of the car. Well I took out the intake and you can see below, there isn't any oil under the intake. However, there was some oil where the #7 intake port is and when I took the intake out, oil started dripping from the back of it. Also, the OPSU is dry, but when I disconnected the connector it was wet from the inside. Could it be possible for the OPSU to leak through the shaft and out the plug?
