SLP LS6 Mani with LS1 Part #? - SO purchased an alleged LS6 SLP Manifold from another Member on this forum , when i received it in mail , come to see this is in fact an LS1, Curved valley, LS1 Part number, seller is adamant that this was purchased new from SLP as LS6 and included receipt of sell , claiming some LS6 Maniflds from SLP may have been made different, can everyone confirm this is not so and indeed an LS1 Intake plenum
I can't tell is the underneath the intake shaped like v shaped I mean it looks like it's v shaped if it is sorry to tell you he messed you up couse the ls6 intake is flat that looks like an ls1 intake to me if he has receipts from Slp proving that's an ls6 he is lieing you I hate to tell u this but he passed the ls1 to you so u can think it's an ls6 intake

The SLP LS6 intake manifold has a FLAT bottom, What you have there is a LS1 intake manifold; FACT !
The SLP LS6 also has a brass adapter where the egr tube goes, it's NOT a molded egr opening like on the LS1 intake.

I had an SLP LS6 intake manifold for 10 years and I just replaced it with a FAST 92 last summer. What you have pictured is NOT an SLP LS6 manifold. I'm attaching the picture of mine. SLP modified intake manifolds have a brass fitting for the EGR to be added...
