Default Crankcase evacuation system and ITB's?

Hi Guys,

My wife is sick of the smelly oil vapours from the catch tank that is in the engine bay.
I have welded fittings from both rocker covers that go into a vented catch tank.
Now, could i run these two lines from the rocker covers to the exhaust collectors on each side, thus creating a vacuum?
Is the valley plate designed to draw air or expel it?
I have all three into the catch tank as it is, but if i vent the rockers to the manifolds then i need a place for the engine to "breath" in.
There is no way to create a vacuum from the intake side, so thats out.
