Default can i use stock 98 intake manifold on my ms3 cam?

I was wondering if I can use my factory 98 ls1 intake manifold for my ms3 cam set up, or do I have to upgrade the intake.

You can but you will be leaving a significant amount of power on the table vs a LS6 let alone a Fast.

I feel like I need it. I can't plug in my pcv line going into the intake or my car will die/stall.

I am running a F13 from Futral on my LS1 with no issues.... Other than leaving power on the table.

No issue at all running that intake with that cam, in terms of compatibility. If you have the cash, I would purchase a used FAST intake.

you will be missing out on around 20rwhp or more...running any of the MS cams without an optimized combo is a very poor decision and will lead to you getting your feelings hurt by a lot of baby cam or bolt on cars that are set up properly

if you haven't already bought the cam you need to rethink that choice
