JBA shorties-RPM range comparision

I know they only give about 10hp at peak and about the
same in TQ but while LT's double that but how about through
the lower and midrange. Is it comparable?

Midrange is what LTs fatten up, high end the
deal is about restriction and mid-lengths and
long tubes are about even but the resonant
scavenging of long tubes beefs up the middle
RPM more. Shorties are only for those "kept
down by law". Using JBAs with the stock cats
is addressing the least of the restrictions with
the most expense.
