Speed master down draft efi I see they got lots of awards when it came out, but is anybody actually using one of these? Or at least heard anything good / bad?

I looked into that a while ago.
This is what I remember from doing some research:
They are great for big radical cams.
Difficult to obtain a nice constant idle speed. Throttle linkage or throttle bodies seem to bind some with temperature changes.
You can run it with or without IAC.
You can run it in speed density with the OEM managment system but anything above 30% throttle will read very close to WOT.
You will need a speed density/alpha n blend to properly control and tune it.

I do not have or run one. Someone with hands on experience can probably give better feedback or correct my statements. I can only imagine the intoxicating sound of 8 individual throttle bodies at WOT.
