Oil Pressure gauge
Oil Pressure gauge Ok, so I broke the Oil Pressure sending unit when attempting to swap intakes...
Installed a new sending unit been running it for 2 weeks now, and i just noticed this week that my oil pressure gauge is actin up...
When I cold start her, it'll go all the way past 80 and basically "max" itself out. After a few minutes it will come back down to whatever the 3/4 mark is and stay around that in idle. At WOT if gets almost to 80...
I don't think this is a terribly huge deal but I know that it never did that before, it never got that high anyway. It would always dance in between the 1/2 and 3/4 mark (whatever they are, I forget) and the only oil thing that's been messed with is the sending unit.
any idears????
