Catch Can plumbing Question? OK, I ordered a Elite Engineering can and I'm looking at the best way to plumb this thing. I have a the stock LS1 covers and valley pan. My question is, is it worth swapping valley pans to the LS6 style or will it vent good enough through the valve covers on the LS1 set up?
Anyone else care to show how they plumbed up there LS set up please share.

I'd stick with the stock ls1 valley cover, cap the passenger side rear port, and keep the factory fresh air hose as is. Then, you'll want to run a short length of 3/8" ID oil/fuel line hose in place of the Y splitter, and another short length hose after the PCV valve to the CC. If you factory PCV line from the from the driver side rear port up to the PCV valve is damaged (other than the Y splitter) then replace it all with a long length 3/8" hose from the driver side rear port up to the CC, and if the CC doesn't have a PCV valve put one somewhere before the CC. Finally run a length from the CC outlet to the passenger side vacuum inlet port on the intake manifold.
