running rich even with new O2?
This is on a swapped car, it's a 98 engine, matching harness and ecu which has been used on another swap i did and i know it all works. my build has taken me a long time on and off. My issue is that now that i have it all running, it's running very rich, like burns the eyes rich and smells. I replaced the O2s, and the plugs, and the wires. I'm getting codes p0135, p0134, and p0650. I took a few pictures of the cheap ultragauge thing i use that plugs into the obdII port showing the o2 voltage during different temps and under some load. is it possible the o2 wiring is switched? just looking for some ideas thanks!

I've been seeing something of this sort on my van, the
Bank 2 sensor was just not putting out sensible voltage
and appeared real raggedy and low. I went as far as
putting the tune to full time open loop because it was
trimming off into the weeds. But yesterday I pulled and
reseated the O2 sensor connector a couple of times and
it started putting out sane-appearing signal. Try that,
looking also for any sign that pins have pushed back
in the connector housings.
Now, eye-burning is usually NOx (forming nitric and
nitrous acids) and this tends to be from lean, not rich.
There could be an actual lean condition which trimming
is not fixing (like, say, an injector imbalance where
three are normal and one is lean-misfiring and , and that
exhaust oxygen contribution jacks the whole bank
trimmed-rich).
