stock harmonic balancer question

stock harmonic balancer question I've been shopping for an underdrive harmonic balancer, and it's between the fluid damper and the ati, I'm leaning towards ati. I spin my engine up too a max of 6500, but usually I shift at 6200. some people claim that a fluid damper actually does a better job cancelling vibrations below 6000 rpm. but the General consensus is, any high rpm applications should use the ati.
any input?

ATIs are the best but IIRC they also don't recommend more than a 10% underdrive.
Every car in NASCAR uses an ATI.
Sometimes you can find a cosmetic blem on eBay, last time I talked to ATI they said that's the only place they're sold
