Default Opinion on Mufflers

Switching from my 2.5" true duals to a single 4" exhaust, and would like some opinions on some mufflers. Currently running Borla ProXS mufflers and I love them but I rushed building it, sacrificing ground clearance and future plans include FI soon.

Looking for a similar/unique tone, not just noise. Also something that's not gonna be deafening, I know its gonna be louder but still want to keep it as tame as possible.

Id go with magnaflow.. Good deep tone.. Not to deafening loud at cruise or wot.. An not to quiet at idle...

I just did the opposite. Went from a 4inch catback to tsp true duals. The 4in seemed to hit everything under the car and was ridiculously heavy as well

I know you had duals at one point. Why did you go to the mufflex?

Got a few, most are with the old H/C/I Ls1. And yeah it has an xpipe but the only place i could fit it was at/just before the rear tires. Heres an idle clip with the 370;

I was thinking about the Borla XR1 but was afraid it'd be too loud, how do you like it blk00ss?

Im also liking the 3.5" stainless works that "The Alchemist" is running but cant find the muffler they use.

Another vote for the Borla XR1. I was very close to running them on my true dual setup, but opted for a pair of SLP Loudmouth 1's.

You might look into the Hooker Max Flow mufflers as well.
