Will a LS3 intake fit a 5.3?

Looking at this intake ACDelco 12602477 I believe it's a LS3 intake, available from many places. I need something lower then the truck intake.

No not without adapters, Different intake port configurations. You need either an LS1 or LS6 intake.

This LS1 intake would probably be better because it's fairly complete. http://www.ebay.com/itm/LS1-non-egr-...hWkKi7&vxp=mtr but I would look around and get the best buy for your money.

I would not run adapter plates, its to drastic transition in such a short distance , I believe it cause a dead area and kill torque down low. I would only consider using them if I was going to use S/C off a LSA , but that's a different situation and different ports.
